Senior Pastor Jacob and Pastor Jamie Rashford
Pastor Jake and Pastor Jamie have been married since 2004 and they have four children; Jaden, Jillianna, Joniah and Johnathan. Jake had led our Fusion Youth Ministry with Jamie since 2012. We set Pastor Jake in as a Associate Pastor in June of 2019. Then in 2020 he became our Senior Pastor.
Pastor Jake was radically saved in August of 1996. In 2003 he started in youth ministry. He has also served in Worship Ministry playing drums since 1996 at a couple other churches he has served in. In 2012 he founded our Fusion Youth Ministry, built on the mission to fuse local youths to Jesus. He has always been willing to go the extra mile to help others and help them to know Jesus.
Pastor Jake holds a NYS Insurance Brokers License, CISR Elite designation and was a certified NYS Defensive Driving Instructor. Pastor Jake is ordained through our church and both Pastor Jake and Pastor Jamie are ordained through Third Day Fellowship US.
Pastor Jamie works as a bus aide currently and home schools their children. In early ministry she was involved in worship dance. She currently is a co-leader of the Women's Ministry and also leads the Fusion Youth Ministry.
They have a strong desire for restoration of people to Jesus and then to each other. They want to see others become all that they have been called to be in Jesus and live their lives for Jesus, in His freedom...forever.
Senior Elder Brian & Pam Link
Brian and Pam Link Have been at Believers' Chapel of Canastota since 1999. Brian was first placed as a Deacon in 2009 then ordained as an Elder in 2014. He worked as Facility Manager from 2000 till 2018 although still very involved with management of the Church Facility.
Brian leads the Men’s Ministry and is a key leader in Thursday night ACTION Night. He is a member of the Prophetic Team and an active participant in the Intercessory Prayer. He actively disciples several men and leads the Men Breakfasts on Saturday mornings. He has lead several Life Groups, Bible Studies and has taught several midweek classes.
Pam has been involved with Sunday School from the beginning. She helped start and was an active part of the Compassion Connection Food Pantry. She has lead the Prayer Ministry since 2015 and is a Co-leader of the Women’s Ministry and a member of the Prophetic Team, the Worship Team and was a member of the Women’s Jail Ministry.
Brian is a Honorably discharged US Navy Veteran. He has worked in the environmental protection field since 1983. Pam works as a Home health Aid and runs an after school program in a local elementary school.
Brian and Pam were married in 1997 and have 2 daughters. Their home is in Vernon NY.
Brian and Pam both believe that Christianity is not a part time activity but a full time way of life.
